Very pleasant staff but somehow they forgot to cut the hair this week

I had a dry cut as I’ve a neck problem so can’t put my neck back to have it washed, and Carmen did a really good cut, I’m extremely pleased with it. She is really lovely too, thank you Carmen, I will be re-booking.
