As always Carmen was excellent.
My only criticism would be that the shop needs to buy another heater for setting colour as there were 3 or 4 of us needing it at roughly the same time. It’s not the first time this has happened.

Very accommodative people at this beauty salon. Top job done. The stylist provided additional services like a scalp massage. As soon she recogniswed that I have a bad back she went and got me padded cushion. Very happy with the service.
